Back to NewsAs you have heard the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday, New Zealand will move to Alert Level 4 within 48 hours.
In line with this guidance we will be closing our factory at 2pm on Wednesday 25th March 2020.
As part of this announcement the government has also provided guidance on the need to continue to supply essential services. These essential services we believe do include servicing home heating systems (Heat Pumps for underfloor heating) which immediately need service to maintain human health and safety at home/work. In doing so continuing to protect our people and customers will remain a top priority for Hot Water Heat Pumps Ltd.
