Our Service Area and Charge Out Rates

Hot Water Heat Pumps Ltd provides service for not only our own brands but also for all other brands of heat pump water heaters.

Our service charges include a minimum fee of $110 for the first hour, plus applicable travel expenses and GST. Should our technician identify a fault during the inspection and you opt for repairs, additional charges for parts and labour may apply.
